Like Trigger, but different things happen when the ball goes to the high post.
- Joker -- on high-post entry, look for Joker action passes . Scissor cuts off the high post.
- Splits -- "Just like Joker is easy ball movement into Joker action, Split can be easy ball movement into Split action." The Split action itself is not written.

- Away -- not written.
- Batman -- "batman is really an early offense, like pop or weave or kick"; "if you hit batman on top, can run eagle plays." Earlier compilations call it a scissor hitter from 2-3 high. (reference detail)
- Fang -- named in the family. See section 2 on the shared name.
Scissor rules (reference detail):
- Both cutters go at once; nobody waits.
- Cut as fast as you can, and touch the block with your foot.
